About this page
What does this page show?
A ranked view of NSE sectors by how much was traded today, as a share of the overall market. You can also see which sectors gained or lost participation compared with the previous trading day and which individual stocks were heaviest in each industry.
How is this different from the Sector Momentum Map?
The Momentum Map shows which sectors are outperforming the market on price. Volume Pulse shows where trading activity is clustering — who is getting the most attention today, regardless of whether prices are up or down.
When is the data updated?
After each NSE market close. The page shows the trading day the volume figures are from and the date of our latest scanner run.
Which stocks are included?
Listed NSE stocks in our universe. ETFs are not included. Stocks that do not fit a standard sector label are grouped under Other.
